1. Association Affairs Committee Duties: manage administrative affairs related with association and matters designated by chairman Functions:
1. Organize and plan for different association affairs 2. Examination Committee Duties: train test questions formulation skills and establish questions databank for written and oral examination Functions: 1. Long-term plan for written and oral examination question databank, establish first and secondary questions formulating personnel. 2. Hold question formulation skill seminar to improve said skill 3. Enhance the oral test flow and training to oral test members 3. Appraisement Committee Duties: map out the qualifications and ratings for diabetes health improvement institutions annually Functions: 1. Map out and manage the qualifications and ratings for diabetes health improvement institutions annually 2. Hold appraisement meeting regularly 3. Plan and correspond with the revolution for national health bureau for the project of diabetes health improvement institutions 4. Amend the appraisement standards 5. Answer members with appraisement related questions 6. Report the work progress to board of directors regularly
4. Teaching and Review Committee Duties: manage the score review and member reward review for continuing education of diabetes health Functions: 1. Manage the score review for continuing education of diabetes health 2. Review the score recognition procedures for continuing education of diabetes health 3. Manage and review various rewards for members of this Association
5. Teaching Material and Lesson Preparation Committee Duties: plan and manage diabetes health education related materials, lesson and teaching tools development and usage. Functions: 1. Prepare and revise the core and advance courses for diabetes health education 2. Develop diabetes health education tools, such as: postage, single sheet and CDs 3. Collect and translate related foreign materials 4. Invite domestic scholars to edit related lessons 5. Report current status of work to board of directors
6. Shared Care Committee Duties: the window of association managing health insurance benefit project for diabetes shared care network related matters Functions: 1. Collect systems and regulations regarding diabetes shared care network and health insurance benefit project for diabetes 2. Study corresponding procedures aiming at diabetes shared care network and health insurance benefit project for diabetes in connection to this Association and members 3. Provide this Association with references for execution through the common consensus toward related issues reached by committee meetings. 4. Provide policy instructions to related issues for association representative to state this Association’s position as attending related meetings. 5. Through education courses and reports, government, health insurance bureau and public may recognize the functions and roles of health education personnel. 6. Integrate the power of this Association to the effect on support and decision to diabetes health education personnel and projects made by associate units 7. Website Committee Duties: plan and review the web page platform and association affairs system Functions: 1. Prepare the web page information platform of this Association to provide information for the uses of various committees 2. Draw up and review the functions of association affairs system
3. Call review meetings regularly and submit work report to board
of directors 8. Journal Edition Committee Duties: publish a journal every three months Functions: 1. Map out the direction and contents of journal 2. Release a journal every three months 3. Establish the reward system to encourage members for contributing their writings
4. Call meetings to review and make improvement 9. Research & Development and Public Relationship Committee Duties: Functions: 1. Future development and participation of CDE-ADM 2. The Association’s Vision, Mission and Core Value 3. The cooperation and segment to the shared care network in different counties and cities.
